When you hire a wedding planner, you are getting a guide to help you throughout the entire planning process. Our planners are here to help walk you through every aspect of planning your special day. From vendors to design to timeline - we have you covered!
A wedding coordinator is someone who steps in normally the day of the wedding to help execute the wedding that you (or your mom or MOH) have planned. We offer Month of Coordination so we have adequate time to get acquainted with your wedding plans, communicate with your vendor team and refine your timeline.
What is the difference between a planner and a coordinator?
We recommend booking us after your secure your venue! Once you secure a venue, you have a set wedding date and we can come on board to help you find your ideal vendor team and create the wedding you have always dreamed of! For Full Service & Partial Planning - we like to book 14-8 months prior to your wedding!
How far in advance of our wedding should we book?
Yes! We have done weddings in North Carolina, Minnesota, Arkansas & Indiana. We are always looking for a reason to travel and would love to plan your out-of-state wedding!
Do you travel outside the Florida area?
Yes! For our Full & Partial Planning Packages, we split your investment into 4 payments between the booking date and the wedding date!
For Month of Coordination, we spit your investment into two payments.
